Oh, golly gee, why can't there be three of me?

For about a week now I've been debating...and thinking....and wondering.....and stewing.... about whether or not I want to join in on the National Novel Writing Month. I've been wanting to write a novel for quite some time now and I have quite a few ideas but this month is already shaping up to be crazy and I wasn't sure I really wanted to add that onto the list of things to do. And then I discovered (or really remembered actually) that November is also National Blog Posting Month or NaBloPoMo as it will heretofore be referred to as, so then I had to decide if I wanted to do that instead....or both...or neither.

Ugh. Decisions decisions......

But what I've decided is that the goal that I think I could ACTUALLY do is posting once a day for a month...so I hope you will bear with me as I do.

I can't guarantee that they will all be funny, or interesting, or exciting, or etc. etc. (heck, I can't guarantee that ANY of them will be.)

But I hope you'll come along for the ride. And maybe join in too.

So here is my post for today. Short and sweet and to the point. And I'm off now to start thinking of things I can blog about.

Hope you won't get sick of me!!

Oh, and quick question....is there anything you've been wanting me to share? Let me know!

  2. Hmmm. Topics you could write about---

Baking projects you have endeavored and tried and turned out wonderfully

Successful meal ideas during the holidays

How you manage to pick yourself up when you are feeling blue

    How you relieve stress?

What makes you want to comment on a particular blog---why are comments so important to us...(probably just me, I'm crazy)

How to get your blog out there and noticed!

How to get great stuff for giveaways and review them--(I'm still having a hard time with that. I have 90 followers so far...I know..I know big whoop to YOU with over 300...LOL!)

How to maintain friends even though you are so very far away.

Things your kids say that are funny.

Things you think that are funny.

I am staying tuned this month! I LOVE it when you write blog posts...You are definitely entertaining!!! I will support YOU through comments too!!!

  3. I like it no matter what you blog about. I'll be here to read it. I haven't read anything boring yet.

  4. Wow. I don't think I can blog everyday this month. We're getting ready to move (sarcastic yipee) and I'm not looking forward to even being without the internet for a week!

  6. Stopping by from SITS roll call to say hello!

No way could I meet this challenge - or I could, but I'd probably get little else done! That, and I'm all into not putting pressure on myself these days. Had enough of all that in my younger years LOL. I'm sure you'll come up with interesting content and it'll be good for your writing and moving toward that novel!

  7. What is this? Like there isn't enough pressure on Moms we feel the need to create more standards for our selves. Good for you for setting your sites higher. As for me I have simpler goals for this month like reading my scriptures every single day and keeping my patience and sanity. I hope we both succeed. Good luck Sharla.
