So I went to the So You Think You Can Dance tour last night with my awesome sister who bought tickets for us. And for the most part, it was awesome!
We actually had a great day overall. We took off early and went to the mall where we tried on some awesome hats
And then we tried on some incredibly high and very very pink high heels. (I definitely would not have been able to walk)
Then after doing a little shopping for my Shell, (and I bought the cute hat you will see in the pic) we went and ate at The Cheesecake Factory. I don't like cheesecake so I've never considered going there before, but my oh my, was it delicious.
And that brought us to the E Center in West Valley where we waited in the freezing cold for half an hour, and then inside for another hour, for the show to finally start.
Sooo......here are the things I loved:
Thanks again, Shell.

Sooo......here are the things I loved:
- The dancing! That is what I was there for after all. And they did not dissappoint.
- The hype. I love being in a huge auditorium with people clapping and screaming. Well, at first anyway.
- Being there with my sister.
- The music.
- The entire experience in general.
- The young girl sitting behind us who would. not. stop. screeching at the highest pitch imaginable about every two seconds.
- The multitude of people drinking beer.
- The hard squished seats.
- The fact that the dancers were the ones emceeing and they would come out in the sweatpants and t-shirts they were trying to sell which was tacky and very unprofessional looking.
- The incredibly bad acting of the dancers. Please, stick with dancing.
- I had a great time, but overall it felt a little amateurish, which really surprised me.
Thanks again, Shell.
I'm glad you had a good time. You deserve it!
ReplyDeleteYou definitely deserved having a great time!! Love the hat!
ReplyDeleteOh geez, they really were horrible at acting. I mean how hard is it to just introduce the next dance. Plus they went on TOOOOO long between. The entire show should have just been dancing! But i had such a blast with you, thanks for going!
ReplyDeleteYou two are so cute! What a great day! I think I will buy tickets to the next show and take Noel. She and I are big fans!
ReplyDeleteFun! Your sister looks just like you. Wow!!! Glad you had a great time.
ReplyDeleteYou should read about my Nitro Circus post.. gotta love that beer!
Sounds like you had a fun time shopping, dining, and being entertained! What a cool
ReplyDelete20 + 4 (twenty and four) hours! Hope the plusses overcame the minuses!
